Start with your hands either side of your nose
Move your hands up and along the sides of your nose using a firm upward sweep
As you move up and reach the bridge of your nose, gently transfer the pressure to the heel of your hand until it reaches your forehead
Start with your hands in the prayer position under your chin
Slowly open your hands and, using your jawline as a guide, firmly and slowly move both hands outwards and upwards in a lifting motion
Turn your head to the left side
Place left hand across your chest to the open neck area and make upward movements to
the jaw line
Repeat 2 or 3 times and finish with a firm downward stroke into your décolletage
Repeat on right side of neck using right hand
